New Support Ticket System

In recent years, being able to contact people via email for technical support has become more difficult. The prevalence of spam has forced internet access providers to beef up their spam filters which, unfortunately, catches technical support emails.
In order to improve our technical support and the ability for us to communicate, we have added a new Support Ticket system on our website. With this system, your questions and our answers are kept together in one ‘conversation’ on our website. No more lost emails.
To use the new Support Ticket system, simply click on the Support link in the upper right hand corner of our site and fill out the new ticket form. You will be given a code that allows you to view the status of your Support Ticket anytime. You will be informed by email when an answer has been posted to your question. If the email can’t get through to you, you can still check on the answer by selecting View Tickets and entering the code.
Even if you don’t have a problem. You can still use the system to give us your feedback and ideas about our products and website. We look forward to hearing from you.
